'there is no card out there' that can run Crysis Remastered at 4K max settings at 30+

Crysis Remastered can crush modern gaming PCs.

Read more about Crysis Remastered's ultra-demanding max settings.

Good. I like having Crysis as a benchmark. Brings back memories. When I built my first PC, Crysis was still the main benchmark of what kind of gaming performance one should expect

Can't wait to see the difference in quality between Can it Run Crysis and whatever is below it. You'll gain 60fps for no visual difference outside of screenshots

I play at 3440x1440, Tried 4K multiple times and yeah sure it's a bit less aliasing but I just don't get people losing their minds over 4K constantly.

Linus played an early state of the game already in Can It Run Crysis Mode (CIRCM) at 4k with the 3080 and it was close to the 30FPS. Not sure if all settings were entirely maxxed, but with this in mind and the early state of the game, I think the 3090 will be able to do it. 30FPS should easily be doable by it.

not sure

Is this an amazing looking game or are they boasting that their game engine sucks and needs extra hardware?

"Should" and "assume" are never good words to use when making these statements. Just makes things descend into guessing.

I wouldnt be surprised if Nvidia collaborated with Crytek to make the 3090 manageable on this insane setting, allowing 3090 owners the bragging rights of "yes it can run it"

We won't know until the card is tested and drivers mature.

I would however like to see Crysis remastered as a new benchmark for reviews. I never liked seeing F1 2019 or F12020 as they are so easy on the GPU, nearly every card boasts high numbers.

I prefer games that tax a GPU even on mediocre settings, or games that will even punish the CPU more like Total War (when considering CPU reviews)
