24/7 HD7970 safe OC?

Hello everyone,

I have been messing around with overclocks on my watercooled Sapphire HD7970 Dual-X reference. I've been getting some decent benchmark scores in 3DMark and it looks to be fine while gaming as well.

Now I want to run this as a 24/7 OC but seeing as I pretty much maxed out the VDDC I'm not to sure if it's recommended.

My OC through Sapphire Trixx:
Core: 1250 mhz
Mem: 1800 mhz
VDDC: 1300
Board Power Limit: +20%

My max temps are (messured in GPU-Z):
Core: 44C
VRM1: 42C
VRM2: 40

3DMark FireStrike: http://www.3dmark.com/fs/354727

Cheers!
