XFX Overheating GPU

I have a XFX 480 GTR GPU. After some extensive testing I seem to have a faulty card because it is overheating at stock settings. I get around 70 idle. My case has plenty of cool air coming in.

The problem is I have registered my card with XFX and opened a support ticket. They said I need to go ask aqua tuning to start the RMA. I cant get hold of aqua tuning. I have tried emailing them and calling them but their number is not recognized (as a side note I have tried calling XFX too and there number is not recognized)

What do I do I basically have an over heating GPU and I cant RMA it without aqua tuning (which I thought is strange, isnt the manufacture suppose to handle warranty)

I have never had experience with either company so anyone who has please offer advice!

Does aqua tuning or xfx support even exist anymore! No response via email and non of there numbers are recognized.

XFX suck for warranty. They always have. However, your contract is with the company you bought it from, and they are supposed to handle any RMA for you.

XFX has gotten back to me saying they can accept the return but I have to pay over a 100 euros in tax and shipping wtf. What's aquatuning support like. Still no response from them

EDIT: by some miracle aquatuning have responded so ill have to wait and see. I might be getting progress even if it's at a slow rate

Just and update. Me and Aquatuning have resolved the issue now. It is a long process and it will take time. They will also want you to pay for shipping which is £15+ but can be willing to refund you shipping costs if they find a fault.

Use the link above and all issues (at a slower speed then I and many people would like) will eventually get resolved. It's also worth noting that I cannot connect to their German number too but everything worked out in the end
