I've spent around 20 hours this weekend hashing out ideas until I settled on an idea inspired by the InWin S-Frame. It's made out of 3mm aluminium, all in the Fusion 360 sheet metal environment. Basically ignore the front (right) of the case - that's just a temporary placeholder based on the BoxFish reservoir/pump combo.

Here's what I've done so far!

Any ideas on project names? Throw them at me! I'm an engineer, not a creative!

Hope you have a CNC press, some of those folds look pretty fiddley.

Check out JONSBO MOD1. Its a nice one too that might give you some more ideas.

Also consider a pass through port for all the cables running into the top of your pc. Might be nice to have them reach the IO from a hidden recess.

I work in the Science/Engineering department at a large University So Hopefully I'll be able to get it made! If not, there's a backup 3rd party company my faculty has ties with - if ALL that fails, I've got plans to cut it into 3 parts and join them stylistically

Stop peaking at my design! I've designed a little cutout for the top, and I'm currently playing with cover pieces for the back/front/middle

I couldn't resist another post just to share these front/rear roof designs! Completely sold on the panels now

I'm going to echo this design across the case to tie it together, and they'll be printed on a Markforged X7 in Onyx - if you've not seen these printers, they're a work of art! Nearly invisible layer lines and the chopped carbon fibre nylon is SUPER matte and nice and dark, not to mention crazy strong if I inlay continuous kevlar strands or carbon fibre strands!

You're the 6th person to say this to me lol! But I've never seen a Nespresso machine look anything like this I'm definitely gonna change the motherboard fan assembly though, not feeling it at all!

There's *just* enough room with the EK FLT 240 D5 combo! I'm currently designing a bracket to mount the res/pump to the case, and also hold the PSU off the back Stay tuned!
