All of that textbook lettering on the lower heatsink just completely ruined the entire look of the board.

I have to agree that heat sink is a right eye sore, although with the magic of Photosoup and some imagination it's easily fixed.

Yeah me too. When I saw the Crosshair I hoped they'd seen sense but nope.

I don't get it. They made some if the best looking boards ever then we get this.

I actually liked that text, I was more disappointed its a hologram and has no lighting

Spoken to an ex Asus employee and he reckons that Asus have done it deliberately to upsell the Crosshair. Which makes sense, given that most went for the B350 Strix at £110 or so.

It is a bit odd how it is absent the Crosshair..
