Cyberpunk 2077 has been delayed until September

Honestly not that excited for it but still I prefer any game to be delayed than be a buggy mess. They delayed Witcher 3 multiple times and look how that turned out.

Well for EA delayed games was a mess and it always led to a bad launch. CDPR when they delay though... almost perfection when it finally arrives.

Considering my next big buy is going to be AMD's next high end GPU i.e 5950/70 or whatever they call it, It should fall in around Cyberpunks launch :)

No expectations so I don't care. If it takes what it took for Max Payne 3 to be so good then so be it.

Would be perfect if AMD bundled this with their GPUs at launch

Would be good but Nvidia are already partnered with CDPR in that regard, RT will work on any RT capable hardware in that game but it's already been "branded" Nvidia, I just hope going forward that when AMD do have RT capable GPU's they don't run into issues where all current and future RT titles that partner with Nvidia cannot run at more than 5FPS due to Nvidia code interference even if the hardware capability is there, Would be Hairworks and Physx rubbish all over again.

RT as an option in the graphics menu needs to stay vendor neutral.

They are using the underlying DX12 DXR API and Nvidia is just supplying library extensions specifically for Nvidia hardware. I'm 90% sure. AMD could just use the normal API.
