Panasonic showcases OLED-rivalling dual-screen MegaCon TVs at IFA 2019

Don't expect DL-IPS tech to be in consumer market any time soon (or ever); I had a chance to use 32 inch Sony DL-IPS mastering display, and although it performed it's task exceptionally well the viewing angle were really bad, fans were constantly running and it sounded like a jet engine in HDR mode. DL-IPS have about 0.5%-0.7% light transmittance (normal lcds have 10%-15%), the best thing we can hope for is prosumer but even then I'm not sure if I would want to sit in front of 400w jet engine space heater while gaming or watching movies.
