Well it's happened 6 times since yesterday *ASUS Anti-Surge was triggered to protect system from unstable power supply unit!* even when not using adaptive voltage, Guess it's express RMA time when the bank re-opens on Tuesday.

Slight update.

After a lot of digging around it has nothing to do with the PSU, The surge protection on the X99 Rampage 5 Extreme is VERY sensitive especially with Corsair AXi PSU's or any digital PSU really.

Updated the bios to the latest 1 and it's been fixed

Scratch that, Just did it again

I'll create the ticket tomorrow for express RMA.

*EDIT*

I just tried to do an express RMA but the procedure only gives me standard replacement options, Is there any way to do an express RMA ?

Just do standard in the ticket, then you need to call customer service to set up the Express RMA. You already have our contact info right?
