Corsair Gaming K70 RGB troubles

I'm having some troubles again, this time with my replacement keyboard; this is one needy keyboard...

- Three key LEDs are stuck on a colour
- Often the Del and PageDown (?) key don't work until I restart the system
- One keypress randomly registers as 2, giving me loads of typos

I had something similar happen on my RGB K95, Push the bios switch on the back of the keyboard all the way in the opposite direction and back again.

Fixed it for me.

Gave it a go but didn't work - for the LEDs anyway.

I suggest contacting Corsair support they are quick to respond - https://corsair.secure.force.com/home/home.jsp remember they're on USA hours though. That is pretty much what Greybeard (the Corsair rep) will tell you to do anyway.

F34R, I haven't seen this kind of issue for a while now. But have you tried flashing again to 1.33v? You can flash it in the CUE software.

If that doesn't help, contact our support and they will walk you through on resetting the KB's memory bank. That should bring your KB back to factory settings.

Wee update: Corsair gave me firmware and instructions how-to*, but it didn't solve either issue. Let's see what they'll say next

*1 - Please completely exit out of the Corsair Utility Engine Software
2 - Disconnect the keyboard entirely from your system
3 - Using a paperclip, thumb tack, or thin needle, please hold down on the reset button located next to the polling rate switch
4 - As it is pressed down, please connect the keyboard to a USB 3.0 port on your system (please ensure the connector labeled with the keyboard icon is connected only)
5 - A file explorer pop-up will be displayed showing drive name as CRP_DISABLED
6 - Please ensure you first delete the firmware.bin file that is on the CRP_DISABLED drive. Transfer the K70RGB_app133_RC.bin that is attached to this ticket over to the CRP_DISABLED drive.
7 - Once transferred over, disconnect the keyboard and repeat the pinhole method to input the actual firmware and bootloader file for your keyboard (K70RGB_BLD012_App133RC.bin).

UPDATE: They said to RMA it - again... I admit I have lost faith in this keyboard completely (got the original last September, RMA'd it last October, and now again).

Would that be allowed, and if yes, how?
