No need for a full replacement, I Just need the 24 pin cable on its own had a multimeter on the cable and its toast, The PSU itself still self tests fine without that cable in

Managed to bodge together an working PC out of the "may come in handy one day" box so back on the web for now.

Ok cool, cable it is. Just wanted to double check before I send instruction to our customer service

Once the cable is shipped, you will get tracking info.

Alright, just got an update from our customer service.. looks like the cable is shipping out tomorrow (today your time). So expect the tracking info anytime today.

Edit: No need to update the invoice man, you're good

whatever corsair are paying you clearly isnt enough
Service like yours is why ill continue using Corsair products for years to come!
current list stands at the AX1200i Obsidian 900D, Carbide air 240, server ram, H100i GTX, various SSDs...
safe to say I'll be singing your praises to anyone who'll listen!
