well is was a good KB, and it is a corsair, i just don't understand why these KB RMA's take so long?

Because corsair are dealing with A LOT of RMA's due to keyboards either dying or LED's dying.

if it's that bad why sell them in the 1st place, also the RMA method i was talking about would speed things up and save money on p&p sending items all over the world....

maybe i'm just an inpatient prick or something, but i it's really getting under my skin when big companies with so much experience in this field take so long to fix something that they know has loads of problems and yet still sell them.....
