Unhappy My m65 kinda broke :(

So yeah, the "sniper button" in my m65 has broken. It doesnt click from some angles, pretty annoying as its my voip button. Is there any easy way I can fix this.

Edit: just to clarify the bottom righthand corner sticks out if the top left is depressed. Clicking from the righthandside of the butoon often doesnt work

Sorry to hear that

Sounds like a hardware issue. Go ahead and submit an RMA and we'll get that sorted for you. btw, if you are within the return policy of your re seller, try contacting them and see if they can do an even swap for you. Probably quicker to go that route. Otherwise, Corsair RMA will always be an alternative.

I assume I will void my warrenty by opening it? Shame to loose my best tool for bf4/ps2, but thats luck. Is there an EU/UK returns centre to save time/cost?

I must say other than that issue, the quality of my other corsair products are great and I really love the feel of the mouse.

Yes, that will void your warranty. Our facility over at the Netherlands would be the location where all RMAs in EU are processed. No worries, I'll make sure that we get that mouse replaced in no time. Go ahead and create a ticket here and give me the ticket # so I can help you out expedite the replacement quicker.

Thanks Conchubair. Got that approved already. Working with customer service right now, just to make sure that they process the replacement right away. btw, an email was sent to you with all the instruction on how to process your RMA.

Is it ok to send it in a bubblewrap lined package with bubble wrap around it, as I cant afford the 40/50 euro shipping a box looks like coming.
