Corsair M65 Mouse - Middle Mouse (Scrollwheel Click) Issue

Hi guys, (Grey_Beard especially!)

Love Corsair stuff. Never had an issue to require an RMA but my M65 mouse has encountered a rather annoying hardware fault.

I use middle mouse or scrollwheel click as my PTT for most comms or melee in games like Titanfall. It's pretty useful and is in muscle memory from years of use.

I very much loved the M65's mechanical click from the middle mouse which was quite apparent as to when you have pushed it. However, the sensitivity is dead on it after 4 months of use. I basically have to press the button with 5-6 times acceptable force for it to register as being pressed which is going to break the mouse further by continuing.

As I am pretty much a newb to the Corsair RMA process within the UK, are you able to assist with raising one? I love this mouse but I would love it more if it had all its functioning buttons!

Sorry to hear that Ross.. It does sound like a hardware problem to me. I'd suggest that we get that unit replaced. Go ahead and submit a ticket at Corsair.force.com and once get your ticket #, send it to me and I can take it from there. I'll make sure that we get that sorted out as painless as possible
