HDD Problem on new build - MSI Tomahawk - cant get into BIOS

Tomahawk Z370 motherboard. I have a problem formatting and using the two 2TB HDD in my system, both SATA connected to ports 1 and 2 on the Motherboard. I can hear a click noise from the drives so they are getting power, one is NTFS filesystem and the other says RAW - that one wont let me format. I get I/O errors when trying to access.

Disk manage says that they are both healthy - for some reason I can't get back into the BIOS on the motherboard, it doesnt working holding down DEL key on boot.

It looks like one or both your HDDs are failing. In similar cases i load Ubuntu from USB drive, and use GParted for detailed info about HDD. You can also try formatting in GParted.
