CUE: no device detected, firmware update 0% forever
Hi,
i hope you can help me. Im having serious problem using the k95 rgb keyboard after i install the CUE after reading all the tips and advices from online. I cant seem to open the profile and use the lighting affects.
1. No device detected by CUE even though the kb is working. After several rebooting of my pc it remains the same.
2. Firmware update latest version failed. After waiting for like more han 3 hours. The update remained 0%. Im using the latest cue software.
3. I have to unplug the usb coonector everytime i boot my pc. Which is very annoying.
4. I cant access the profile page and device function under the settings.
5. My system slowed down noticed it during rebooting. Which is not normal.
I did all troubleshooting possible.
Uninstall and re install the CUE
Checked all the USB plug ins and followed the instructions for USB 3.0 to use single connector the one with keyboard image and USB 2.0 to use the 2 connector but still nothing happened and im stucked on the plain white lighting.

1 odd method that worked when I had issues was switching the little bios switch on the keyboard by the power cable all the way to the left and then all the way to the right again.

1.) Make sure motherboard is on latest BIOS and chipset drivers. This usually is a system issue with USB detection.
2.) Make sure CUE has admin privileges. If it still wont work, our Tech Support can do a hard flash reset. You'll just have to submit a ticket OR you can call them.
3.) Toggle BIOS button. That resets your keyboard. This is typically related to BIOS.
4.) CUE needs to see the KB first before those tabs becomes available.
5.) Same as 3
