It does start now connected to a motherboard. It might have tripped earlier due to my CPU being a <insert nasty word here> , after I switched the CPU it seems to work. But the PSU tester is still beeping away even with only with 24 pin cable connected, which typically indicates there is some kind of issue. Corsair rep is looking into it atm.

Usually those testers beep when it's missing a voltage reading, but you're showing voltages on all the rails, so that's odd.

So the PSU is working now?

Yes last couple of tests it was working fine. My RMA has been accepted and at this point I'm unsure if I should ship it or not
