Trouble with my rampage

I have recently upgraded to the x99 platform and am having a weird issue, my pc tends to turn off then get half way through a boot cycle then reboot. Just wondering if you anyone is having the same issue? i have cleared my cmos twice now and trued running everything on auto in my bios settings but i still encounter this issue. When it runs all my temps are normal.

Specks:
Asus Rampage V Extreme
Intel core i7 5930k
Corsair vengeance xlp 2800 mhz ddr4 ram
2x geForce gtx 770 ftw
evga supernova 1300 g2 psu
kingsotn hyper x 120 gb ssd
segagate barracuda 4 tb hdd

I dare say you aren't the only one, x99 is plagued with similar issues and POST failures, a quick google shows loads of x99 issues, have you tried the Safe Boot button?

Yep, had to do that to get into my bios once it kept not letting me boot into it even if I used a ps/2 keyboard. I dont think its failing though it only does it once every time I turn it on. I ran occt for a good hour with no issues.
