Sorry I missed your question Punkisdead.. but yes, the 2 pin to 3pin is the cable that you need to use to connect your 600T fan controller to the Link Commander. The fan controller needs to be powered, so the molex needs to be connected as well. What fans do you have connected to the 600T fan controller? Make sure that you are using the latest Corsair Link SW, should be 2.5.5154

Lol, this started happening to mine last week, it was always white then all of a sudden it decided to break in to Benetton mode (thooper)
A bit of searching online and I figured out how to stop it and also how to manually change the colour but even with a saved profile, it's never the same colour after a computer restart. Since given up.
