Still think the R3E looks much better, but not quite sure what features it has yet

True. Featurewise, I think it has a Killer Network Card, aswell as better sound, if I remember correctly. Looks like the "Asus" version of the Gigabyte G1 Assasin. I think I would prefer the Assasin over this one, but I haven't seen any performance results yet...

I think the photo has been shopped there is a lot more red on the PR photos than this one. Unless they decided to make it all black none the less a very cool looking motherboard i do think though that the current one still looks a little better.

Shame about the red SATA ports, they could have been grey, or even white to contrast.
