Gigabyte M6880 Laser I use it for Photoshop work for the sensitivity and the large palm size makes it perfectly comfortable I also have a Kensington track ball which I used to use a lot.

Microsoft Wheel mouse optical (WMO) is my favourite.
No preference between optical or laser. I've only ever used one laser mouse which was an HP attached to an edit workstation at work. (was nice enough)

I used to have a Sidewinder X3. Very comfortable mouse and really good for the price.

I've used a Roccat Kone [+] for two years now and IF it breaks anytime soon, I'd probably see if I can find another one. There are few mice that will actually be an upgrade for me after this.

It is a bit on the expensive side, but I guess you do get good driver software with it (can change the LEDs on the mouse to whatever you want, or off). You can set multiple profiles with multiple sensitivity options per profile and you can switch between them with the clicks of two buttons on the mouse itself.

I also adore the Easyshift button which lets me press a button on the side of the mouse and then click and it will work as the 'Back' key in browsers, for example.

The new mice Roccat make are pretty good too, but this one is a fair bit bigger, which I personally like.

Took this the other night while I was waiting for Dirt Showdown to download.

The mice are ready for action.

dirt showdown is a terrible game. dirt 3 already had some annoying parts, but showdown was just wrecked.
i'd like to test the sensei, just to see what the metal body is like. i imagine it's not too great though, must be pretty heavy.

The sensei are ok to use but they just feel a little bit bigger than other mice, for me it is not a problem as I have big hands.

I also use mice with either of my hands depending on which PC I am using which the Sensei are good for due to being symmetrical in shape.
