Dunno, but they don't seem to be suffering from the bad reputation they had a few years ago anymore. Maybe people have forgotten about ThermalFake

People are over the fact they copy designs much like ASUS copying ASROCK, but because its ASUS no one really complains it seems. Corsair, etc are all guilty of the same thing. Time to move on.

Feels like a pointless witch hunt on TT.

Not all of their past mistakes are completely forgiven but they do seem to have learned not to totaly rip other brand ideas off now. I switched to one of their older cases a while back the Core V21 cube as a new modding project but have not gotten around to actually mod it yet, that aside its a really breezy case with epic airflow so I'm ok for now.
