Project Roof Tile!

So yes the Guv is back with another weird thread! Woooohooooooooo!

So I have this massive Corsair case and because its under NDA there is a lot of things I cant do or show (including use its real name)

First off though I need your help to decide what hardware we are going to put inside. The basics at first are do we fill it full of AMD kit or do we do an Intel/Nvidia mix?

AMD
Threadripper 1950X
ROG Zennith Extreme
ROG Strix RX64
-
Ryzen+ 2400G
ROG Strix X470 ITX

Intel/Nvidia
i9 7890XE
ROG Rampge VI Extreme
-
i3 8350k / 8700K?
ROG Strix X370
ROG Strix GTX 1080 TI

I love AMD, but it'd be pretty cool to have a raging Intel system with dual 1080 Tis (if they'll fit) and then a mini ITX AMD system as a gaming/streaming dual system setup. It'd quiet the fanboys, and it'd be kind of unifying the industry so to speak. If you're set on keeping it one manufacturer per system, then I'd rather see Intel/nVidia right now. Everyone already knows how banging Ryzen is and Vega kind of bores me due to the total unavailability. Just my thoughts, I'm sure you'll do something great either way.

Project Rooftile Voting Poll

Hey Tom I say go all the way team Red
so make the entire system AMD based

AMD Rig Parts for Top:

Threadripper 1950X
ROG Zennith Extreme (Alternative would be Asrock X399 Taichi motherboard)
Asus ROG Strix RX Vega 64 (No Xfire just single GPU)

Everything cooling wise, should be a Custom Water-Cooling Loop

-------------------
Rig Parts for bottom should be:

AMD Raven Ridge 2400G
ROG Strix X470 ITX

I'd love to see an AMD main system with an Asus board and Gigabyte Nvidia card, and an Intel MSI itx board.

It itches just to write this, but it'd set the internet on fire for sure.

I think we can all be adults here with a mixed system no?

I don't know if there is room for it, but how about an amd threadripper board with Vega as the main system, and Intel/Nvidia as the second itx system?

That way you could have the best of both worlds. No compromIses!
