Are you going to keep updating this thread with the latest soft- and firmware?

I have a question about the upgrade process .
I have version 2.2.0 , should I uninstall or delete it before downloading the new version 2.4.4948 Corsair Link software ?
The Corsair website still has version 2.3.4816 listed.
Edit : I have it , deleted profiles and uninstall old and install new version 2.4.4948 .
But it still doesn't give psu temp.

I see that you also have an I series cooler.. where do you have the PSU dongle connected? do you have it piggy backed to the cooler or you have it connected separately to one of the MB USB header?

I have it connected to a mb usb , there weren't any instructions on how to connect it up. I looked a few places on the Corsair website for installation instructions , psu page and cooler page , maybe I overlooked it.
How do I piggy back to the cooler ? Is there a webpage with a diagram ?

i had the same wondering as there was a lack of direction if you had an i-series cooler AND an i-series PSU what to do, so i ended up using two USB headers on the mobo but have since learned from Mr. TTL videos (the H100i review) that you can plug the PSU comm cable directly into the waterblock next to the USB port and save using two mobo headers instead.

You will need to unplug the Link cable from the USB PSU dongle that goes to the MB header.
Once you have that unplugged, you can then take that one end and connect it to the cooler's pump header where the Link interface is.
This is ideally the set up when you both have an I series cooler and an I series PSU. This will allow you to only populate one MB USB header as oppose to two.

Ok , I'm confused, I get the cable from the psu to the block, what is plugged into the link dongle ?
Or do I not use the link dongle and just use the link usb cable?

You do not need to use the PSU dongle if you piggy back the PSU to the cooler. From the PSU then to the cooler, then from cooler to the MB USB header.

Thank you for the quick reply Grey beard ,
So I don't use the larger one marked "Corsair Link Digital" and just use the usb cable to the side of the block?
