Id try replacing that bottom fan on the rad from a AF to a SP and Have the top fan and exhaust as AF's. then the top fan pulling from the rad have that as an AF
Guesing your cpu temps are reasonable.

In that case, I'd personally go all out on Corsair SP120 PWM fans, or even Noctua's if you can afford them... especially in the front. Due to the restriced portion of air in that case. Solid front panel, not many fan options etc. But that's just me
