Coollaboratory liquid pro safe for GPU?

I just want to know if its safe to put CLLP on my MSI 660 ti PE. I have my 3770k delided and the temps are amazing. I want to do the same with the GPU. So is it safe?

Is there any alluminium ANYWHERE near it?

eg, is any of the cooler made of alluminium?

I wouldnt use it as its conductive. Youve only got to put too much on and it spread out off the core and you could kill the GPU.
