Cpu backplate cooling

Hi all.

Can anyone tell me if there is a water block for a cpu back plate.
I was thinking off water cooling my cpu and backplate as it gets fairly hot.

Nuclear reaction to be honest.

once you water cool the gpu you'll notice the backplate becomes instantly cooler. This has been my experience in the past.
