You'd think if it was medical IBS she'd avoid going jogging

Yeah true. I just didn't want to play the mental health card really. I have IBS myself (well, I did) and you don't leave logs you would leave puddles. Thankfully one of the meds I take stopped it overnight (it's a nerve anti anxiety med).

Vega made my 1070 very warm.

Some of you might remember my GTX OC3D founders model, well I got bored and decided I'd make a Vega 56 card to go with it for renders. It's been a fair few weeks since I looked at it and last night I hardly slept so made a start on the IO plate and got the shroud scaled correctly.

I went quite detailed on the founders model but this one is a whole other level.

So got my GTX 1080 FTW installed. Oddly enough, it's about 1/2inch shorter and just ever so slightly thinner than my previous RX480. But it weighs more. With that said despite my ITX case not providing much wiggle room for the GPU, it sags about the same but the fans have more clearance. Good for me since it will help with airflow.

2nd thing. Just doing some benchmarking and I guess sometime ago, no idea when, CA decided to use an entirely new Benchmarking run so if you guys ever use it to benchmark just know it's definitely not comparable results. This new scripted scenario is longer and a FAR BETTER representation of a normal battle.

edit: Just for having a reference, does anybody care to share their best stable OC settings? I don't know what the recommended voltage adjustment is with Pascal. Going from stock to 20% doesn't make a difference as far as stability goes.
