Holy cow TPC its a work of art, all the tiny details and the 295x2 make it the perfect rig now. The raven case is stunning now you've made it your own.

Looks awesome, I think the next thing should be braided cables to hide the mustard and ketchup cables and maybe an LED strip to highlight the inside

New stuffs!

This is really just something I did to try things out and make up my mind what to really keep on the rig. Maybe less, maybe more or exactly how it is now. I also wanted to try out the reflective black vinyl I got:

Stuffz haz happened!

I bought a Alphacool 45mm thick 240mm Radiator to fit onto my 295X2 purely because I disliked it getting in the 70°C area.

Yep I fu'd that up But I will use my plotter and put some nice white detailing on it featuring this builds name and some sponsoresque looking vinyls so that failed sticker will come off eventually.

The most important thing to note is that I will continue to use the stock cooler, all I'm doing is swapping the radiator and to do so I had to cut the tubes of the old radiator. Scary thing to do trust me.

What I did then is connect the GPU to the rad and start filling her up. If you do something similar to this but you don't have a designated reservoir you really really need a multiport rad otherwise this will be impossible. Also, it takes some time and patience to bleed it completely that way. The rate the air comes out seemed to go down exponentially. In the end though I got veeery little to no air in this whole loop. That took me about 2 hours massaging tiny bubbles out.

Fitting the rad and she's a tight one! BUT TPC? Where yo fans at m9?

Good that you ask. They sit under the frame and push air into the case.

Of course you want to know whether all that hassle was worth it? It well damn was!
After 25mins of Valley Benchmark with the radiator fans locked to 750rpm I reach 55°C on the hottest core. In comparison, with the old rad which I ran in push/pull at 1000rpm under load my GPU reached 70°C under the same scenario.

Final pics (taken with something different than my phone) will follow together with the design I will have made for the rad until then.
