RSI in the wrist

I know the best cure is to stop using a mouse/computer for a while but until I have some work done i cant really.

Ideas or recommendations?

lol, just sit correctly, get some wrist support? Breaks in between 30mins or so.... gentle wrist exercise (no rude, they're rapid (for me anyway))

I use the Evoluent Vertical Mouse at work. It really does make a difference, although it is expensive

Your work place should supply you with RSI compliment kit. If they dont and you do get RSI there could be a big claim in it for you.
