lol "a good few hours" for supreme commander.. Good luck with that, if you're playing the first one.. You need to set aside an afternoon, or a day to play it properly.

Sounds good!

BTW, I definitely recommend getting a controller, I've an Xbox 360 controller which does the job nicely. It helps so much with games that are obvious console ports, plus there's games that play a lot better with a controller IMO like Just Cause and Saints Row.

Agreed about the 1st one, the match lengths on that could be insane.

The 2nd one is much better though, I find games generally come in around the 1 hour mark at the max.

If you want insane multiplayer length games, Civilisation is your game. I had one game take 36+ hours back a few years ago in college, and even then it wasn't finished.

I know this is more of a graphics show-off thread but I thought this might give you a chuckle. Happened a while ago while playing Assassin's Creed 2:

Assassins creed 4 Black Flag, A quick 1080P to 4K comparison shot I did of the captains face, I like the idea of 4k but the image quality "upgrade" is not worth the performance price.

Some of Batman: Arkham City, I got this in the Summer Sale cheap on Steam last year, but never got around to playing it until just recently. I'm surprised at how good it is, even if it does need a controller; it really does make you feel like you actually are the Batman.

I'll be keeping an eye on Arkham Origins in future sales.
