You could lose a finger in those fans, LOL! Anyone remember a time when fan grills were NEEDED for PROTECTION?

If you want a thicc fan and don't care about noise use this

We had a server in once with 120v metal fans. It was scary.

Edit. Nidec make fans just like these. I have a few as they were stock in my Alienware.
