So we started work on the Reservoir today.
It's going to take 8 hours to cut. *Crys*
35mm thick, lazer at 50% power and speed at 0.5.

We don't wanna go too fast, or use too much power as it could melt the acrylic back together after cut, Nice and easy does it.

Reservoir update!

I had to completely re-design the reservoir due to sizes and limitations on the inlet and outlet ports.
So first of all i plotted the design on the computer

And got to work on the acrylics

Once they were cut, i took the covers off and placed them together.

I then bolted them together to test fit and get a peek at what it will look like when finished!
And i am in love!

II really hope this works! lol
Air pump and fittings are next to be attached, so fingers crossed!

Just a quick update.
It works. And it performs on par with a normal custom loop. If not a little better.
I was sceptical, but last night was my first test and now i can't wait to share results.

So.
First test was idle, because for some reason people like that
27c

Second.
2 and a half hours of ESO on max settings and 5760x1080 (ESO is because it's pretty intensive on the CPU)
peaked at 48c

third test was the big one
AIDA64 extreme system stability test

With results that wow'd me, here they are
In the first 20+ minutes it hovered around 55-57c
After 70minutes it never moved above 60c.
i would have left for longer than 70 minutes, but was no need, i got the results i wanted to see.

here's a short clip of the test at 17 minutes in.

I will follow up on this post soon with more details on how everything works, including a video which will describe everything better than i can with pictures and text.

Been a while since i've updated, been waiting for the GPu and RAM to arrive.
(RAM is only new to the market)

So i ordered some stainless steel 16mm OD tubing, and cut it all down to size.
Fitted and tested how it all looks

GPU Should be arriving this week, so i can begin work on the shroud and finish the main looks of the project.

For now, i'm very impressed with how things are taking shape, and appologize for the massive delay in updates.

What a joy to read and seeing the progression! Amazing job man! Do you have a picture of the specific RAM you're getting? Your saying it's new to the market made me curious.

update, Been working on the shroud, and getting things ready for the rest of the loop to be installed.

Still need to align the shroud, it's currently sitting at an angle.

Will update later when it's darker to see lights
