Intels renaming

Video says plenty.

But after all the years of hearing how Intels is better blah blah blah about how they are more real and now they are just butt hurt that they want the lower sounding numbers, tbh they are desperate in my eyes.

Add to that all the dodgy benchmarks that were put out a while back they will do anything in terms of marketing to seem current.

I'll admit AMD are doing what Intel did years back in some ways but the change in marketing and numbers and names ect is just in my view a weird mess.

But people will always have a preference and that is fine tbh, but i'd prefer to always go value and performance, thou while being honest the whole industy has lack of both atm.

Might be a bit desperate but it doesn't change the fact Intel 10nm was still ahead compared to others 7nm for quite a while up until TSMC released 7nm+.

I don't see how you can bash them when any company will do it, such as you point out AMD heading down that route. And eventually it'll happen again by someone else. The move makes sense, their execution was just poor. Doesn't change performance.

We really just need to get a standard going.
