I thought it was Foxconn manufacturer that made Nvidia cards and final assembly. They also make EVGA if i remember correctly.

Nope Manli made them. The PCBs however? could be Foxconn yes.

Nvidia stopped selling them directly via their store. Now third parties will do it. in the states its Best Buy. Not sure how other places are handling it.
