RAM sticks can run at speeds that are lower than their listed speeds, so you can run this RAM at 2400MHz with no problems.
Depending on the CPU that you use, your notebook may be limited to 2400MHz speeds anyway.
You will be fine installing it, but you will have to set them to the same speeds (2400MHz).
