In 5 years time Samsung may have a decent product but at the moment from a design point of view it is a disaster.

When gaming I hardly ever use more than 4.0ghz and that is sometimes with up to 4 GPUs.

As to large interposers that is a rather expensive way of doing it, if any of it is faulty you have to reject the lot.
