I recommend more clear coolant. You'd need to buy killcoil/additives with water anyway so the price difference won't be much.

Deionized is less pure than distilled, you can pick it up at halfords...

I would recommend getting the 760 non-i and the 8320 cpu to save some more money - put it towards fans or a better 290...

PCI-e wise the z77 board @ 8x/8x with the 3770k has more bandwidth than your ud7+2700k. The PLX chips that 'increase' the bandwidth to x16 for each card are the pointless variety as they do nothing...

Edit: It should basically have 85mm + 5mm breathing room above the motherboard to allow for all single set of fan configurations etc....
