Unless your chip is golden and runs at very low voltage then temps are a problem for pushing higher, I had to delid mine and go direct die to push 5.1.

It's a good board. I'm really happy with mine, only quibble is the great big heatsink that makes it hard to fit thick (60mm) roof mounted rads in my case.
