Unfortunately for AMD (& Consumers), the laptop industry is entirely OEM based. And pretty much all OEMs still have Intel's claws in them.
So it will take some time of Intel's CPUs being laughably...

I'd disregard RT on Turing as a feature... Maybe next gen it'll be valid, but it isn't now.

And I'd certainly take a 400W Radeon card over a 280W 2080ti, if it performs better.
