Did you install the Broadcom management software - BASP or BASC or something like? You would need to setup the teaming in there - then in Windows you setup your IP info on the team network connection...

I install most of my programs on the SSD drive - I install all my Game installs (which now adays can reach multi GB on mechanical drives. I have two 7200RPM drives in Raid0 for that.
