Yup, Excalabur50 made a good suggestion. I definitely think this cooler is a great one as well. You may also look into the Noctua NH-U12P SE2, which is a tower cooler and should not have any problems...

I think it's really what you want from the whole package. At this moment, the 7950 seems like the winner between price and performance, but the nVidia 5 series cards are still very solid....
