I've started having this issue to and wasn't sure what could cause it. Kinda wondered if it could be either monitor or what but it probably is just driver-related... We shall see if it goes away with...

Could be. They were pretty vague about it but it COULD mean a refit of something like the Phenom or maybe Athlon? Probably something along those lines or they could be referring to their new Carrizo...

So, I just gotta reformat my existing drive and install a new OS. Since there's no way around this, I might as well go ahead and upgrade to the new Windows 8.1....
