Should fit without issues in the 780T. That cases has a lot of room in the top. Either the radiator or fans will be in the top area below the dust filter, and the other will be on the inside cabin.

Any glass cleaner should work fine. Automotive windows are tempered as well, so anything you use to clean a window on your car will work.

Just checking, which motherboard are you planning to use? What are the measurements? Corsair does have some mid-tower cases that will fit consumer grade E-ATX motherboards, but specific sizes.
