I want to find out max core temperature Tj of the microcontroller we are using, pic18F67J60 purchased from http://www.kynix.com/Parts/163212/PIC18F67J60T-I%2FPT.html, but I can not find it anywhere. The datasheet says that chip will work in range of -40 to +85. But it locks up around 55C...
