Would a 27 inch monitor be overkill for desk use whether it be 1080 or 1440? I'll probably wall mount my next monitor so it'll be a couple of inches further away... I have a fair bit of grunt to push a monitor a long nicely with a 4790k and gtx 970. So is a 24 inch 1440p a possibility?
