So, i just got my computer together, and went into bios to set my ram to 1600 mhz, now... i have no idea how to do this.. Is there somewhat an "auto" option for Sabertooth x58 that set it to 1600 mhz, or do i have to do this manually, if so, how?

Okay, so im building a new computer couse my old one lacks preformence. Kinda low budget. Im not overclicking, just gaming and frapsing alot. Should i use 64bit or 32bit? (games cant use over 3.25-3.33 gig mem anyhow?) Corrently thinking of setup: Cooler Master HAF 912 Plus (Sure about this...
