    6700k or wait for kaby lake?

    I want to upgrade from my FX 8350. whats best, get a 6700k now or wait for kaby lake and the 7700k or wait for zen? or spunk all my money on a broadwell-E 6800K or 6850K to "futureproof" my system. i use my system for gaming at 1440p and light 3D rendering

    What should i upgrade?

    Do i upgrade my FX 8350 to something like a 6700K. or do i upgrade from my GTX 970 to a 1080 or 1080ti when it arrives on the market? which would offer a better gaming experience? a better GPU would mean more frames but a new CPU would mean more consistent fps right?
