Absoloutly amazing game, I love the V.A.T.S System of shooting! But for some reason I t keeps freezing while im indoors in the game yet when it does freeze the sound keeps playing. Anyone else had this problem?

Hi, Is there anyway of overclocking a fan. in other words supplying it with a higher voltage so it has a higher RPM? If not is there another way to get it over its stock RPM? Thanks:D
