How do i overclock my AMD Phenom 9750 2.4GHz processor and how much of a stable overclock can I expect?

I have a problem with my new build, I connected ecveything and installed Windows 7. Turned it off and yesterday I turned around my front/back fans and HD. Since then The PC powers but nothing comes up on the screen, it sayd "Power Save" and to check connection or something along those lines...
