When i upgrade my pc to whatever the latest *970 is, will it be worth using my current GTX460 1GB oc as a dedicated physx card. Since i play ARMA3 which uses physx would it be worth the FPS boost or will it actualyl decrease FPS?

Im looking to build an entirely new rig. I am planning on getting a i5 3570k and a 7970 I would love to liquid cool it but i don't have a clue what im doing, i literally need everything from including the case. Could some of you suggest what it is i need to get and do? thanks really...
